Safety is an absolute priority for all concrete projects. Before we begin any project, we make sure to use the appropriate safety equipment. Eye protection, long sleeves and long pants, rubber boots gloves, and gloves are all part of our safety equipment. All of them protect us from concrete splashes.

In the course of our work, we strictly follow below steps:

Step 1: Preparation on the spot

We always follow the same method, no matter what size project we are working on. Every project we undertake starts with the preparation of the site. We clear up and dispose of all garbage so that it is possible to start again. We make sure that all the materials are ready to be used during the preparation phase. The supply of the materials is planned prior to when the actual work starts. This lets us begin and finish the project in a timely manner.

Step 2: Build Concrete Forms and reinforce Concrete Slabs using Steel

After the site has been cleaned and is ready to be used Wire mesh is used to construct concrete forms. Concrete forms are solid barriers that hold concrete mix in its place. Concrete mix is forced to adopt a particular shape or shape. For larger structures, we use Rebar to strengthen concrete. Concrete surfaces are strengthened by this.

Step 3: Mixing Concrete Mix

Concrete trucks make things much simpler. It ensures that concrete materials are properly mixed. Sometimes, we do manual mixing. A concrete mixer is needed for most projects.

Step 4: Pouring Concrete

After mixing the concrete, we pour it into the molds. It's important that we do the concrete mix in a careful manner to avoid air pockets. The presence of air pockets is due to there being insufficient mortar to fill the spaces around the aggregate. Concrete is made by ensuring that the mortar is evenly distributed throughout the form.
