Apple’s AirTags rumors could reach $ 39

Rumor has it that Apple is working on a tracking accessory that resembles Tile and is called AirTags. Given that this will be an official Apple accessory, some wonder how expensive such a device could be. According to a video from EverythingApplePro, they’re citing the tidbit Max Weinbach, who advised them that the accessories could be priced around $ 39.

Weinbach notes, however, that this is an estimate and not exactly the official pricing. So do not take it as concrete information just yet. However, if the price of the accessory is really in that range, it could actually become competitive. This is because the prices for Tile’s own Bluetooth trackers are roughly in this range, but they have cheaper deals like Tile Mate and Tile Stickers that are cheaper.

The point is, for an Apple accessory, they’re not as outrageously expensive as you’d think, but then again, these are just estimates and the actual price could vary widely. That being said, there may be some restrictions on Apple’s AirTags, such as: B. How it may only work with the iPhone, which could limit the usability for non-iPhone owners.

At the same time, however, it is said to use some UWB technology which could be more precise / accurate in broadcasting their location, which some may appreciate compared to normal Bluetooth tracking. Rumor has it that Apple may be hosting an event next month. Hopefully we’ll have more details about the accessories by then.
