Newtown, Welsh Drenewydd, new town, Powys county, historic Montgomeryshire county (Sir Drefaldwyn), central Wales. It is situated on the banks of the River Severn, 15 miles (24 kilometres) southwest of Welshpool, and includes the small community of Llanllwchaiarn to the northeast. Newtown was designated the second new town in Wales in 1967.
Due to the restrictions, we are now only working in Llanymynech, which is about 30 minutes north of Newtown, just after Welshpool.
