Microsoft simply launched a pair of Xbox wi-fi headphones

When it comes to headphones, Microsoft seems like an odd brand, but over the years the company has launched various audio products such as headphones and wireless earbuds. Now they seem to be back with new headphones, only these are specifically designed for gaming.

Known as the Xbox Wireless Headset, these headphones are designed for gamers. It looks pretty simple, but don't let the simplicity fool you. According to Microsoft, the headset was designed to use the Xbox wireless protocol. This means that it is not just a normal Bluetooth headphone.

It will support spatial audio technologies like Windows Sonic, Dolby Atmos, and DTS Headphone: X, and help gamers get audio cues and sounds to help them play, such as when they can hear enemy footsteps around the corner and in the direction of them come from.

The headset also has a beamforming microphone that improves voice communication, e.g. B. better speech isolation so that no unnecessary background noise is perceived. Microsoft will launch the Xbox Wireless Headset on March 16. It's priced at a reasonable $ 99, although pre-orders are currently being accepted.
