DocuSign – DocuSign's shares fell 6% after the electronic documents company posted better-than-expected results in the third quarter of its fiscal year and released bullish guidance for the full year. DocuSign made 22 cents a share for the quarter, compared to an average analyst estimate of 13 cents according to Refinitiv.
Ulta Beauty – Ulta Beauty shares fell more than 5% in expanded trading after the beauty retailer reported a net loss in sales. Net sales were $ 1.55 billion for the third quarter, compared to an estimate of $ 1.56 billion per refinitive. The company announced that sales in the same store were down 8.9% for the quarter.
Cloudera – Cloudera stocks rose more than 8% after the software company reported stronger-than-expected results. Cloudera reported earnings of 15 cents per share, which was above the Refinitiv analyst's estimate of 9 cents per share. Revenue was $ 218 million, above an estimate of $ 209 million.
PagerDuty – PagerDuty stocks rose more than 14% after third-quarter results beat Wall Street's estimates. The software company reported a loss per share of 9 cents versus a 10 cents per share loss that analysts had expected, according to Refinitiv. Income was also above estimates.
