This fowl feeder is all types of good

When it comes to appreciating nature like animals, sometimes it is best to observe and appreciate it from a distance and in the wild. Because of this, there are things like birdhouses where people can watch birds go about their daily business without necessarily locking them up.

If you want to take your bird watching to the next level, be sure to try the Bird Buddy. This is a smart bird feeder that started on Kickstarter and has managed to raise a whopping $ 1.5 million, well beyond the original and somewhat humble goal of $ 60,000.

What makes the Bird Buddy so special? Like I said, it's a smart bird feeder, which means that it is a higher tech version than most of the bird feeders out there. It is equipped with a built-in camera that can notify users when a bird is present. Since there is no human presence, users can take pictures of birds without scaring them off.

It's also smart enough to even identify the different species of birds thanks to the built-in AI that its creators claim is smart enough to identify over 1,000 species. It also tries to play the experience by unlocking achievements when a new species arrives at the bird feeder.

For those who want to go a step further by making the Bird Buddy self-supporting, there is the option to add a solar panel that will help keep it powered. If this sounds like something you might be interested in, check out the Kickstarter page for more information.
